Established in July 2020, Guangnuo (Yanggu) Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hengchang Cable Group with a registered capital of RMB 66.66 million. The company currently covers 1,500 square meters and has 262 employees, including 20 R&D staff, 30 sales staff, and 50 technical staff.

The company focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of fire safety systems and smart water meters. With the strategic goal of “developing nationwide and serving globally,” it continuously supports public safety and smart energy development through product innovation and scenario-based solutions.

Guangnuo adopts a four-dimensional integrated model of “R&D + equipment manufacturing + engineering services + O&M management.” Centered on nationally regulated energy metering products, including water meters, IoT meters, and fire safety systems, it has built a complete service chain covering solution design, equipment delivery, system integration, and long-term operation and maintenance.

The company is a key registered science and technology SME under the municipal science and technology bureau. It holds 10 utility model patents, 10 software copyright certificates, and 11 China compulsory product certification certificates. Its products are widely used in public venues, smart buildings, and smart energy scenarios, and it has established strategic partnerships with water utilities, government agencies, and many enterprises.

R&D Collaboration Platform

The company’s R&D center is located in Jinan and includes a Fire Safety Division and a Water Meter Division. Leveraging Hengchang Cable Group’s industrial strengths, it has established industry-academia-research cooperation with universities such as Shandong Jianzhu University. The core R&D team has more than 10 years of industry experience, combining market insight with advanced technology to provide full-process technical support from pilot production and mass production to after-sales service.

Core Product Capabilities

The company has independently developed an intelligent evacuation system that uses smart networking technology to integrate fire emergency exit signs and emergency lighting. It monitors the status of centralized power supplies, distribution devices, and terminal units in real time, links with automatic fire alarm systems, automatically generates optimal evacuation routes, and dynamically guides evacuation. It is widely applicable to tunnels, factories, schools, hospitals, shopping malls, transportation hubs, and office buildings.

In smart water services, the company’s ultrasonic water meters and IoT water meters integrate NB-IoT wireless transmission modules, supporting remote meter reading, on-demand remote reading, two-way communication, and remote valve control. Terminals run in long-term low-power mode, significantly improving utility management efficiency and supporting the implementation of tiered water pricing policies as well as smart water and smart supply initiatives.
